Do you charge a setup fee or a fee for each post?
No setup fee, no per-post fee and no per-seat charge. The only other payment is the refundable $500 device deposit. Each plan is one flat monthly fee, whether we post once or every day on your own profiles on 13 platforms.
What are generated videos, mixed videos and Shorts?
Generated videos are short videos up to 60 seconds that we create for you in your brand voice and look. No filming needed. Mixed videos combine footage you've already filmed with scenes we create, edited into one finished video. Shorts are edited from your long videos, with captions and hooks, so the number depends on the long videos you send. Every video is up to 60 seconds, and you approve each week's videos in one batch before they go out. Each plan's numbers are the most we make in a month.
Which plan do I start on?
Desk, at $1,500 a month. Every client starts there. Month one is your setup month, and from day 31 you can move up to Growth Desk or Full Desk in your dashboard.
How do the guarantees work?
Desk carries the 30-day money-back guarantee: in your first 30 days, one button in your account refunds you in full. Growth Desk and Full Desk carry our delivery guarantee. If we deliver less than your plan's agreed monthly volumes, we make up the shortfall the following month at no charge.
Is there a nonprofit plan, and what does it cost?
Yes. Nonprofits get the Desk plan at the nonprofit rate of $800 a month. We confirm you qualify on the intake call.
How do I apply, and does GuruVox accept every application?
You apply, and we hold an intake call. We only accept an application when we are very confident we can succeed for you, so some applications are declined.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, on every plan. A refundable $500 deposit covers the GuruVox computer we ship you. When you leave, our courier collects it at our expense and we return the full deposit once it arrives.
